What’s new?

Thank you so much for stopping by. You may have noticed things have been a little quiet around here—that’s because I took a short break from moving forward with this site. But I’m back, and it’s time to jump into gear! So, what’s new? Not a whole lot… yet! But trust me, I’ve got big plans in the works!

This website actually began as a homework assignment for my ASL Interpreting class at College of the Sequoias. But since then, it’s grown into something much more personal—and soon, you’ll start to see that vision unfold. In the meantime, I recently received my Certificate in Advocacy, and I’m currently working on a few more. I’ll be posting copies of those soon so you can follow along with my journey.

You may have also noticed that I sell merchandise here. You might be wondering: “Why are you selling things?” and “Where does the money go?” Great questions—thank you for asking! Since I’m a one-person team (and a full-time college student), 20% of proceeds will go toward maintaining and improving this website. The other 80% goes right back to you—yes, really! I’ll be launching a monthly giveaway, and everyone who enters will have a chance to win. Now you might be wondering: “How will I know this is fair and transparent?” I love that you’re asking these important questions—because transparency matters to me. Every month, I’ll post my sales summary on the “Monthly Giveaway” page so you can see exactly how everything is handled. (Personal information will be redacted, of course.) 100% transparency. 100% of the time.

A new FAQ page is coming soon, along with additional updates. Please check back regularly for more information.

I’m truly excited to see Handwoven Hearts growing into the heart-centered, inclusive space it’s meant to be. Thank you for being part of this beginning. I can’t wait to share more with you soon!

      With love,
💙 Handwoven Hearts 💙
